A finalist on Chopped and Cutthroat Kitchen, she's now changing the game with her Local storefront and Mobile Food Truck Restaurant based in Spotsylvania, VA. 🚚 Her small-batch biscuits, globally inspired jams, and savory specials are crafted with locally sourced ingredients and a whole lot of love.

Biscuit-making is her therapy and now she’s sharing that passion with YOU.
