Navy Veteran & World Traveled Chef, who was also a finalist on Food Networks: Chopped & Cutthroat Kitchen, Jessica is bringing something to your Table. Since 2014, Jessica has done more than refine an old tradition. Her Biscuits are made with Specifically Sourced Ingredients, & made with Love. Her Jams, Preserves, & Seasonal Savory specials are guided by an international palate, & she fuses unique flavoring techniques from around the world to create the most appetizing flavors and textures.
Jessica makes everything in small batches in Spotsylvania, VA. To achieve optimal flavor, her products are Locally Sourced Fresh Ingredients. She wants to change the Food Truck game by calling herself a Mobile Restaurant. As a Private Chef/Caterer she is always pleasing her Clients Palates, & she has now brought something from her Heart to your Table. She says that Biscuit making is something therapeutic.
